Ecological Modernisation

Hans Buer writes: An article on ecological modernisation that I did with Merrill Singer appeared in the JOURNAL OF AUSTRALIAN POLITICAL ECONOMY. There is a need for energy justice, increased energy for the poor around the world and decreased energy for the affluent. That would be part of net zero-growth global economy, impossible under capitalism. As Marx said, capitalism is a matter of grow or die out.
